By accessing or using Nukta.Shop ("we", "us", "the platform") you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. We do our best to keep product details accurate but errors may occur.

1 Nukta Coin = 1 PKR. Deposits are credited after admin verification. Withdrawals are subject to a 500-coin minimum and are processed within 24-48 hours. Deposits are non-refundable except at admin discretion.

We require advance payment before dispatching orders. In the past, some orders went undelivered causing losses for our team. Advance payment helps us verify genuine buyers and ship faster.

Delivery is FREE on all orders with no minimum purchase. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days nationwide within Pakistan. International shipping is not available.

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as Nukta Coins.

We collect only the information needed to operate the platform. We do not sell your data. Read our privacy practices on this page.

• Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
• Reselling without authorization
• Abusing wallet refund/withdrawal mechanisms
• Attempting to access admin-only areas

Nukta.Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
